If you like to make money with your website they also have a section for website revenue and affiliate websites. There is also an interesting article about paid links and how to avoid being banned by Google when you buy or sell links.

Is Yahoo a slut?

Google have helped Yahoo to get even more for its shares if it wants sell. Yahoo and Google are going to work closely on a deal to let Google show ads on Yahoo and sometimes soon the other way around. Yahoo can get out of the deal by paying 250 million dollar and some change. This leaves the door open still for Microsoft to buy Yahoo. Microsoft has tried to by the rival search engine a few times now but Yahoo share holder wanted more and Microsoft got cold feet.
When the deal did not go trough Yahoo waited two days and then went to make a deal with Google instead. Who is the slut now?

EU do not like Google street view

EU has problem with Google’s new street view project. It offers a 360 view of streets and in the USA some people have been seen in some not so flattering addressee.

EU thinks that this might hurt the privacy of the normal people stuck on the images forever.

Imagine caught on internet walking down the red light district in Holland when you only wanted to go by an Ice Cream.

Pentagon is not that happy either and has asked Google to take away some pictures that can damage the national security in the US.

Google should take away any and render them off the pictures that does not want to be there.

Yahoo practical joke with Google search

Yahoo has made a bond with McAfee to tell internet users when the site can be dangerous for users. It will be either McAfee that tells you or it can be the some users that have reported the site.

I think this is a great step for safer surfing from Yahoo and McAfee and I hope more users will use Yahoo search from now they deserve some traffic as well.

The “funny” thing is that Yahoo or McAfee have listed Google.com as a dangerous website with downloads.

If they did this by purpose or they made a practical joke with Google we do not know but I can assure you Google search is very safe but addictive.

Can not use Google url and Adsense

You can never have a URL that has a name that is copyrighted to Google if you want to use Adsense in any form. That means that word like Google, Adsense, Adword, Google Map and many more are forbidden to bed used as or in connection with the URL.

We have a Google Blog and on the blog we used Google Adsense for about 1 year. After that we got banned and I thought it was we changed the design to look more like Google but after we sent them an email asking them about they said you can never have a Google name in your Url.

Yahoo has its own Analytic

Yahoo is taking in Google by buying the web statistic company IndexTools. They did not only bought it they are from the 1 of May change it to a free service.

Now all the 3 giants have one web statistic company to play around with each. This will off course be good for all us consumers, the more competitions the better for web owners.

Google is off course a step ahead but have to look up to not be called the “devil” as always being the biggest will make people stop using the service.

Senior Webmasters will soon recommend people what company that gives the best service for the best price, free.

Get your Page Rank back then what?

I got some tips on how to get back your Google Page Rank on your blog today but it turned out that even the information was pretty ok the blogger had not really done his background check.

The blogger said that if you change all paid blog post to no follow and resubmit your blog to Google they will give you the page rank back. Maybe that is true maybe it is not I have no idea but it is not compatible with the terms with Pay Per Post for example.

Pay Per Post and other blog to get paid programs wants you to have a do follow policy on the blog and they will not pay you if you keep on adding a no follow to the links. Even if you do it to the old links they might find out and kick you out of the problem.

I will try with one of my blogs to do this and see if Google will give me back my Page Rank after the sponsored post I done with them and I let you know.

Google Doc is coming offline

It looks like Google is launching a Google Doc offline version. Some people have been seeing a screen shot of the live offline version. This should be a big step forward to take on Google’s rival Microsoft.

There is as usual no official word from Google because they like to sneak out secrets and make a hype of them and then make a private invite for a year. After they let everybody wait people are like kids on Christmas for the new application.

Don’t expect to see the new offline version yet it is still in a beta testing mood but at least it’s on its way. Even if it is not good it will make Microsoft lower its price for Word
