Is this domain fraud from namecheap.com?

I moved my domain from namecheap.com long time ago and still they are sending me this kind of messages? Can they really send me renewal emails even if I am not longer hosting my domain with them? If I pay them what would happen?

Facebook is own by the FBI

The FBI has been doing a sting operation on the website DarkMarket.ws. When internet hackers and credit cards fraudsters thought their admin when was a crock as them, he was actually a FBI agent.

FBI has with the help of other law informants around the world so far arrested 56 people and more arrested are to be made soon.

Members of the DarkMarket.ws market should be very scared now since the FBI have probably tracked down all their IP addresses and know exactly where they live.

Maybe it is time to buy this new computer for real money and dump the old one in the sea?

Are any more underground forums really run by the FBI and who can you really trust on the internet? Who do you think really owns Facebook? What a prefect tool to collect your information.
