I need some money I am thinking of selling all my domain names and sites and buy a house. Yes I have that many sites and I could get a house for them I guess if I really wanted to.

What I can not get is a Personal Loan because my credit is so bad. I even tried to get black market loans but they wanted to much interest.

My best options I guess is to take one of many Bad Credit Loans so that I can finally buy a house. Now is a very good time to buy a house anyway because most people have to sell. But I have no problem with money I just have a bad credit since my income come from the internet.

Buying a mobile today is not as easy as it was back in year 2000 for example. Now in 2008 there are simply too many things to choose from. The phones even got their own operating systems just like a computer. You can get Symbian, Windows or Linux phones as far as I know. There are also tons of different brands competing with each other and tons of different phone types.

When you however decide to buy a new phone, make sure you get some support and help so you know what kind of phone you are looking for. I se man people that thinks the most expensive phone is always the best one I can however say that this is bullshit. The phones with MP cam good resolution and all the other fancy stuff sure sounds cool but will you really use it? Think about it if you want a cool good looking phone you can buy a cheap one and use the rest of the money for something else like a laptop or save them. Do you really need a personal organizer, computer, camera, and phone in one?

The market is going for a spin downward. There is no knowing when we will have a good economic again and everyone have to take care themselves and try to save as much money as possible.
