Be nice

You have to be nice to Google. They will for sure answer you with standard letters the first time but if you make a really good case then be very polite to them if the answer anger you and you not get the answer you want.

Take time

To appeal this kind of thing it will take time. Google will send you standard letters for most of the time but you just have to hang in there and put forward your case. Do not let your whole internet business go down because of Google Adsense Banned you there are other options as well.

They are a big company and they also need to check everything before they can answer you. A staff can not just put you back on he will be answering to all the Adwords customers.
