Digital Point forum has been attacked many times during the last couples of days. When a forum get to big to many people get angry when they get kicked out when they do something wrong. More people the harder rules it is pretty simple.

In the last 48 hours it has been down several times and last time I manager to get a screen shot of the hacking attempt that failed.

Some new users also lost their member ships and had to start over.

Well my J2SE Runtime Environment from 5.0 to 6.4 take up about a Gigabyte of space on my hard drive. I could not believe that the J2SE Runtime Environment would take up that much space.

After some searching I found out that it does not need all that space it is just that the knuckle heads at the Sun Java Company installs it over and over. They do not make a small update they just install a new program.

So you can uninstall all the “updates” and just save the last version. There is no need to save them all they just take up space.

Also unplug the auto updates since it will slower your computer and the internet connection down. Just take one day a month and update all programs while watching some favorite video on the computer or something.
